- Each individual that registers online for the livestream event will be entered into the Sweepstakes.
- The livestream event will be held on September 30th, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. CST.
- Sweepstakes entries will be accepted online September 1st, 2017 through September 28th, 2017.

ELIGIBILITY:
- Open to legal U.S. residents who are 21 years of age or older, EXCEPT employees of Tacony, Baby Lock participating retailers and their respective affiliates. Void in Puerto Rico, Canada and void where prohibited by law.
SELECTION OF PRIZE WINNERS:
- Ten prize winners will be drawn at random from all entries and announced during the livestream event on September 30th, 2017. Winners will be contacted via email or telephone.
- Each winner will need to sign and complete by the deadline the required Prize Claim Documents, which include a declaration of eligibility, liability release, hold harmless agreement, and any forms that may be required by tax authorities.
- The winner may be contacted by the Baby Lock public relations department for a short interview to be used for subsequent promotional purposes.
- The deadline for a winning entrant to complete and return Prize Claim Documents to Baby Lock is 5 days after the date shown on the notification form. Failure to timely comply with this requirement results in the winner forfeiting the prize and another winner being selected.
GENERAL RULES:
- No purchase is necessary to participate in this promotion. A purchase will not improve an individual's chance of winning.
- Odds of winning depend upon the number of entries received.
- Neither Sponsor nor participating Baby Lock retailers are responsible for any inability or difficulty experienced by an individual in attempting to enter the Sweepstakes. Nor is Sponsor or a participating Baby Lock retailer liable to any party for any malfunction or interruption or delay experienced in connection with the delivery of Sweepstakes entries to Sponsor, regardless of whether the outcome of the Sweepstakes may be affected by that malfunction, interruption or delay.
- Sponsor is not responsible for entries delayed or misdirected due to any error or other difficulty. Nor is Sponsor responsible for lost or late entries not received before the end of the entry deadline for the Sweepstakes.
- Sponsor is not responsible for any failure by a potential prize winner to receive notification that he or she is the prize winner, including, but not limited to, any attempt to notify an entrant that is not received due to an erroneous, fraudulent, invalid or bogus post office address or email address or is intercepted by SPAM or other filters, is misdirected or misdialed or not received for any other reason.
- No substitution or transfer of prize by winner is permitted.
- All federal, state, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of winner. All federal, state, and local laws apply.
- Return of prize, return of email notifications as undeliverable, failure to connect by telephone, or noncompliance with these rules will result in disqualification and an alternate prize winner will be selected by a random drawing.
- Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value. Acceptance of Triumph constitutes permission to the Sponsor to use winner's name, hometown, statements regarding this contest, voice and/or likeness for the purpose of advertising, public relations and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
- By accepting prize, winner agrees to hold Sponsor, its directors, officers, employees and assigns, and participating Baby Lock retailers harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of use of prize. Each winner understands that Sponsor is not liable for injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising from participation in this promotion and acceptance, possession and use of the prize.
- The Baby Lock Triumph may not be delivered for 4-6 weeks after receipt of completed Prize Claim Documents. Prize will be shipped to the address provided in the Prize Claim Documents.
